Another stop during our trip to Tennessee was to visit with one of my oldest friends, Kristi, and her family. Kristi and I graduated high school together all those years ago. She was the first one to try out this mommy thing. She gave birth last April to Jake. And she is expecting her second son at the end of July, actually next week.
Kristi is a much better pregnant person than I ever was. She was pleasant and happy. She entertained us and Jake at the same time. Not me. I was cranky and didn't move around a lot. But I'm all better now!
Jake is a little cutie!
And he was very interested in Grace. He helped her bounce a little. I think he is going to make a great big brother.
