Cousin Maddy

Cousin Maddy (Madeline) recently went to Florida on vacation. She had a fabulous time and shared some of her photos.

Here she is on the flight down. Her dad, Ben, is a pilot. Her grandfather is also. He's flying the plane. Anyway, there were no security lines for her. But the cabin service was a bit slow...

And with Mom and Dad, Ben and Megan. They are a beautiful family!

She also attended a friend's birthday party and decided that feather boas are not for her. I will definitely need to have a talk with her. I would wear one every day if I could. Since I work from home, I don't often dress for the "office." I guess the UPS guy might like it... or think I escaped from the loony bin. Feather boas are very cool! Cool... that's a word from my generation. Not sure what the current term would be.

Why is it that when our children react in unexpected ways, we often laugh and have to get a photo of it? Never mind that they don't like it, we think it is hilarious! We do finally rescue them, but not before we get that shot!
