For the first time, Grace actually slept through the night last night. I was sure hell must have frozen over! I am not doing the happy dance just yet... We'll have to see if this was a fluke or the real deal. I am very curious to see if she sleeps through the night tonight. I'll definitely let you know.
Here are some pictures of her hanging out with me while I was getting ready one day. She is in her bouncer in our bathroom.
The first one is regular flash, the second is regular flash then color adjusted using software (reducing red - she now looks blue!), the last is no flash. Yes, our bathroom lighting is that yellow. Great to look at, but horrible to use to actually see or put makeup on. Between that and the fact I now need reading glasses to see details, I can only imagine what I look like when I put makeup on. Once I leave the bathroom, I don't really recheck my face before venturing into public. Maybe I should! Nobody would ever tell you that your eyeliner is crooked or that you have a big gob of mascara on one lash. They would just smile, think your nuts, and laugh secretly. You know it's true.
Congrats on the full-nights sleep. I remember when Jac slept through the night the first time...I held a mirror under his nose to make sure he was still breathing! Hope it continues.
ReplyDeleteCamera question: do you have a Nikon? If you do, and use Pcture it, you can use the software to adjust the lighting if you shoot in the raw format...
