A lot has happened in our family this year with Grace's arrival. And I know I will sleep again one day! Our friends are also experiencing this same adventure. Some for the first time, like us. Others are adding brothers and/or sisters to the family. Still others are just sitting back and watching as their children grow and experience new things.
In May, on Mother's Day no less, our friends Jennifer and Mark welcomed their second daughter, Riley. She and her big sister Presley will be great playmates for Grace. We are so lucky that they only live a few houses away. I know it will only be a short time before the girls are either at my house or Jennifer's. More fun times are on the way. This is Riley with big sister Presley.
Our friends Sara and Aaron welcomed their first daughter, Madeline Grace, the first part of June. She is a little cutie. Sara and I love trading our baby stories. There is so much the books don't tell you. And your friends don't share either until you are in the middle of it! Here Madeline is just a few days old.
Tiffany and Ryan's little girl Abigail had her first swim recently. She was a trooper and loved it.
Matt and Keela have 2 beautiful children, Reese and Hailey. Matt recently sent me a couple of pictures of them. I haven't seen Reese since he was Grace's size, back when I first moved to Texas. I have been in Texas for 10 years, so needless to say, he's changed quite a bit.
