Hello... Again!

Well, let's see...  It's only been about a year and a half since you last heard from me.  Sorry about that.  We didn't win the lottery or get kidnapped by aliens or anything else like that.  We just got busier.  OK...  maybe I just got busier.

We have had some major and/or fun activities...

• celebrated Grace's third birthday at the zoo
• went to the beach - Grace's first time to see the ocean
• sold our house
• we were homeless for about 2 weeks
• bought a new house
• packed, moved and unpacked ourselves - I don't recommend you EVER do this!
• spent Christmas in San Antonio
• celebrated Grace's fourth birthday with a bounce house and clown
• went to the beach... again
• quit my part-time job with Pottery Barn
• went to a birthday party every Saturday this past June - sometimes more than 1 each day
• started my own little business - well, I guess it isn't really a business until you actually make some money - so maybe it's more of a hobby right now
• Grace had swimming lessons
• attended a family reunion in West Virginia

I'm sure there are others, but those are some of the highlights.

I'll post some pictures of these over the next few days.  We'll start with Grace's third birthday...

We had her party at the Fort Worth Zoo.  One of the keepers brought a few friends in to help celebrate.  Grace wanted to pet them all.  Even the alligator.  Gotta love a kid with curiosity and no fear!

And for her more formal photos she wanted to wear her dad's boots...
