So where exactly did November go? It was a very busy month for us. Here are some of the events in no particular order:
- Sharon volunteered once again at the Texas Motor Speedway. I will have to get some pictures one day to show you what I see. This is my 3rd year to do it and I still think it's pretty cool.
- Sharon volunteered at the Texas Stampede Rodeo. This rodeo benefits Children's Medical Center in Dallas. I have been doing this for years and still enjoy it. When Grace gets old enough, we'll let her attend Rodeo U. It's an event for the kids to get a little dirty and have some fun. A small taste of rodeo.
- Sharon's eardrum ruptured a few days before the Texas Stampede. I've never had that happen before. My hearing in that ear is slowing returning. I have had a glimpse into the future... Sometimes I have to tell Tim to "talk to my good ear." Don't you know he loves that!
- Tim completed his 2nd Ironman in Arizona.
- We spent Thanksgiving in San Antonio.
- Grace picked out her first toy at Cracker Barrel. A pink alien with overalls on. I think it's a devil, but Tim swears it's an alien. There's a funny story behind this.
- Grace now has 2 teeth on the bottom.
- Grace can zoom around the house in her walker. Much to the dismay of the pooches. We've picked up all the rugs and did a little rearranging to give her some room. I keep telling myself it's only temporary...
I will tell you more about some of these things in future posts. For now, I'll leave you with a few shots of the little princess. She completely amazes us every day! We are truly lucky she is with us.
Just a little cutie!
Got it!
That was fun!
