Grace came home today from "school" with paint on her feet. I have to wonder what fun she had today. It reminded me to share some of her artwork with you. Her very first project was for her dad - hand and foot prints for Father's Day. I bet he still has it on his desk when she is 16!
And she's had a few projects at "school." The first one is from the summer and is titled "Footprints in the Sand." I can't wait for her to actually feel the beach sand someday.

And then we have a "Leaf Dancer." I think this one brings out her inner spirit that's a bit funky and fun. Kind of like her mom.

They were working on some Halloween art the other day. I'll share those when we reveal her costume for this year...
Here she is after her bath. She couldn't be any cuter.

Once again, we are blessed. It's work... but definitely worth it. It's interesting how life changes when you become a parent. Before Grace, I would have leisurely mornings, walking in the neighborhood and making the bed. Every day. After Grace - the bed only gets made on special occasions. Which usually means when company is coming! Oh well... Someday, I'll make the bed on a regular basis again. Probably when Grace is old enough to make her own bed. I can't ask her to do something I'm not doing! Wonder what life will be like then.
